Our Story
Twin Beaches Car Rental was born out of a simple idea — to make better use of a car that was sitting idle. When our founder’s brother traveled overseas and left his car behind, it sparked a question:

“What if this car could still serve a purpose while he’s away?”

During that search for a solution, we discovered Turo, a peer-to-peer platform that allows car owners to share their vehicles with others. What started as a single listing in Bethesda, Maryland, quickly turned into something much bigger.

As our family relocated to Calvert County for more space and a better quality of life, we decided to continue what we started — making our cars available locally for anyone who needed an affordable, reliable ride. What began with two vehicles soon grew into a small but thriving fleet of six — and counting.

Today, Twin Beaches Car Rental proudly serves the North Beach and Chesapeake Beach area, helping locals, visitors, and seasonal workers find the transportation they need, without the hassle of big rental agencies.
